Illinois Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol: A Report to the General Assembly Concerning the Implementation and Validation of the Protocol

This is the fourth annual report to the General Assembly regarding the Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP), which standardizes the decisionmaking process around assessing the risk of harm to children.
