Questions in an assessment should be created in the Question Library first

The following are types of assessment questions:

To create a randomized quiz a randomized section has to be setup first before questions are imported into the quiz.

A quiz has to have the Status marked as Active in the Restrictions tab before students can view and take a quiz.

When updating or changing a quiz question it should also be updated in the Question Library.
