Administrators' Round Table of Western Illinois

Administrators' Round Table

The Administrators’ Round Table of Western Illinois began in 1963 as a response to the need for an organization that would bring superintendents and other administrators together. The purpose for this organization is to propose the best in educational practices through research, exchange of experiences, the common study of problems, consideration of the newer methods of technology, and cooperation with professionals and lay organizations. Organizational activities enhance school district resources by providing an opportunity to receive and discuss information related to significant issues in the state and region. The Administrators’ Round Table of Western Illinois is represented and supported on the IASA advisory committee as well as supported by Western Illinois University.  Meetings for the Round Table occur 4 times per year as well as co-sponsored Educational Law Conference in March at the WIU campus.
