Some PARCC terminology: PARCC does have a Glossary.

• PBA=Performance Based Assessment (at 75% point);
• EOY=End Of Year (at 90% point);
• "Evidence tables" were written for item writers, but released to the public, and are useful to teachers;
• Model Content Frameworks: the "guiding documents that serve as a bridge between the Common Core State Standards and the PARCC;
• There are 5 subclaims (A-E);
• There are 3 task (item) types on the PARCC (I, II, III).
• "Securely held content" is (important :-) content from a previous grade that is tested again in a later grade (perhaps as part of a larger context) - See PARCC Model Content Frameworks and page 84 of the CCSSM.

Number Line Generator - great tool for making custom number lines (for use on worksheets, SmartBoard, web, assessments, etc.). Also, here is a Word doc with a few number lines which can be copied and pasted. 4NumberLines document.
