WIU’s LEJA Program Expands Reach with “Inside the System” Podcast Now on Spotify and YouTube

MACOMB, IL –– The Western Illinois University Law Enforcement and Justice Administration (LEJA) program invites listeners to tune in to its podcast, "WIU: Inside the System," now streaming on Spotify and YouTube.

Hosted by LEJA Interim Director Jaime Johnson, the podcast dives into a wide range of topics within the world of law enforcement—bringing fresh perspectives on current issues and shedding light on what happens behind the scenes that impacts everyday life.

The newest episode features WIU Fire Protection Services Program Professor Joe Hanning. Previous episodes have spotlighted WIU LEJA faculty members and their unique professional journeys, with discussions covering policing, behavioral analysis, de-escalation techniques and more.
