Pride Fest 2025 Celebration on April 26

MACOMB, IL - - The Western Illinois University LGBT*QA Resource Center is excited to announce the 2nd Annual Pride Fest from noon-4 p.m., Saturday April 26, at the Multicultural Center Lawn. The theme for 2025, "Color Our World With Pride," highlights the importance of inclusivity and fostering a sense of belonging for all members of the WIU community.
Pride Fest is open to all WIU students, faculty, staff and community members, regardless of race, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability or age. This event aims to create a space where everyone can celebrate pride and unity.
Pride Fest promises to be an unforgettable event packed with entertainment, creativity and community. There will be an electrifying drag show featuring the Sharon Sharealike performers and attendees can take home a custom screen-printed tote bag as a unique keepsake. The event will feature inflatables, a personalized caricature drawing station and Sandra's Authentic Mexican Food. Also, come explore a showcase of small businesses and artisan crafts where students and community members share their talents. Don't miss out on this exciting celebration!
