Feb. 28 Winter Choral Concert

MACOMB, IL - The Western Illinois University School of Music will present "Eras," a Winter Choral Concert, at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28, in the College of Fine Arts and Communication (COFAC) Recital Hall.

This winter choral concert's theme is a study of music and traditions from varied historical eras and genres. Conductors Brian J. Winnie, Jason Hawkins and Kristie Halverson have selected repertoire that allows students to explore the compositional style of each era written by some of the most notable composers throughout history. Collaborative pianists are Po-Chuan Chiang and Jacob Van Buren.
