Interviews Set for Dean of College of Business and Technology

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL -- One candidate will interview Tuesday, May 10 for the dean of the Western Illinois University College of Business and Technology.

An open session will be held for Craig Conrad, interim dean of the WIU College of Business and Technology, at 3:15 p.m. in Stipes Hall, room 121 and via zoom. Individuals interested in participating must register at zoom.us/j/99597684179.

Conrad has served as interim dean for the CBT since July 2020. Previously, he served as director of the WIU School of Management and Marketing and chair of the Department of Management and Marketing from 2012-21. Conrad also served as interim associate dean for the CBT and director of the MBA program from 2018-19; professor of marketing at WIU from 2001 to present; assistant professor of marketing at the University of Tennessee at Martin (TN) (1998-01); and assistant professor of marketing at Wingate University in Wingate, NC (1994-98), and he has served as a marketing and training consultant 1993-20.

Conrad received his Doctorate of Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University, an MBA and bachelor's degree in chemistry from Western Illinois University.
