Persistent Links - JSTOR

How to create persistent links to individual articles in JSTOR

  1. Connect to JSTOR through the library website
  2. Find an article citation and copy its Persistent Link
  3. Use the Link Converter to make the Persistent Link accessible to all WIU users:
    • Example: https://wiulibraries.idm.oclc.org/login?url=http://links.jstor.org/sici?sici=0002-8762%28199602%29101%3A1%3C13%3ATGCOBM%3E2.0.CO%3B2-O
  4. Test! Copy/paste the new link into your browser address bar to make sure it works (remove any spaces in the URL).
