On Aug. 13 at 12:50 p.m., Rufus Tucker, 24, of 900 Linden Lane, was issued a notice to appear Aug. 31 for a state violation of driving with suspended registration on Riverview Drive. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 1:12 p.m. where he was processed and released.


On Aug. 14 an employee reported criminal damage to government property. A window had been broken from the inside in Horrabin Hall, valued at$352.13. The incident is under investigation.
