On Aug. 10 at 5:26 p.m. non-WIU student Robert J Brewer, 69, of Greenwood Village, CO, was issued a state notice to appear August. 31 for disorderly conduct at WIU Harry Mussatto Golf Course. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail where he was processed and released.

On Aug. 11 at 12:12 a.m. OPS and the Macomb Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at Malpass Library. No smoke or fire were found and no injuries were reported.
