On July 14 at 4:50 p.m., John Combites, 21, of Astoria, was arrested at Mowbray Hall for Reckless Driving, fleeing a peace officer and disobeying a traffic control device. At 4:58 p.m., Combites was transported to McDonough County Jail where he was booked.
