On May 23 at 10:29 p.m. Daniel Delao, 28, of 11885 N 1500TH Rd., was arrested at the intersection of West Pierce and Johnson streets, on a McDonough County body attachment for a violation of court order. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 11:05 p.m. where he was lodged.
