On May 9 at 4:39 p.m. a student was issued a judicial referral for cannabis in Washington Hall.

On May 10 at 10:49 a.m., Traivon ONeal, 23, of Riverdale, was issued a notice to appear June 9, for criminally trespassing on WIU property at Western Hall. ONeal was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 10:53 a.m. where he was processed.

On May 10 at 11:17 a.m., Dejon Mitchell, 24, of Bolingbrook, was issued a notice to appear June 3 for theft under $500 at Western Hall. Mitchell was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 11:26 a.m. where he was processed.
