On Jan. 28 at 11:56 a.m., Juan Ramirez, 24, of Chicago, was issued a notice to appear Feb. 12 for driving with a suspended registration and no insurance.

On Jan. 28 at 2:07 p.m., a WIU employee reported the theft of a camera, valued at $1,400, from Simpkins 313. The incident is under investigation.
