On June 27 at 10:45 p.m. non-student Rashawn Haywood, 24, of Chicago, was arrested on Normal Street for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a vehicle with suspended plates and having no valid driver’s license. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 11:39 p.m. where he was lodged.
