Student Parent Data Collection Act Annual Report

Under the Student Parent Data Collection Act (110 ILCS 149) , the Illinois Board of Higher Education worked in conjunction with the Illinois public universities and advocates to develop an operational definition, execute a workable data collection plan, and annual reports on this student group.

The reports include systematic and statewide data on student parents and their academic outcomes, uniformly collected across all 12 of the Illinois public universities. These reports also include baseline information on the availability of on-campus or university-affiliated childcare.
