Supply Chain Management Day

SCM Students in Dot Food Warehouse

About SCM Day

2021 SCM Day September 14 & 15, 2021
(Virtual events on September 14, in-person activities on September 15)

SCM Day is the primary networking and recruiting event for our students and industry partners. The event is hosted prior to most companies making their hiring decisions regarding internship and employment for the following spring and summer.

Students from freshman year through graduate school attend the day’s events.

  • Semi-annual advisory board meeting with program updates. Industry partners provide advice and input regarding classroom curriculum and trends.
  • Table Fair: company representatives have access to the talent pool of potential interns and employees. Businesses provide materials about their companies, careers available, etc.
  • Students gain information about the companies attending, practices and trends in the SCM field and learn from leaders in the industry.
  • On site interviews may be conducted.
  • Evening dinner with keynote address. Business reps have an opportunity to witness students in a social setting.
