- State Senator Halpin to Speak at Constitution Day Event

- Description: In recognition of Constitution Day, which commemorates the signing of the Constitution in Philadelphia in 1787, Illinois State Senator Mike Halpin (36th Senate District) will be giving a talk at 11:00am on Thursday, September 17 in the University Union's Capitol Room entitled "Protecting the Freedom to Speak, Assemble and Be Heard: The Constitution in Action."
