Macomb Fireworks to be Held at WIU

MACOMB, IL – The City of Macomb Fourth of July fireworks event will begin around 9 p.m. Monday, July 4 at Western Illinois University.

The fireworks will be launched from WIU's Vince Grady Field. The community is invited to watch from Q-Lot. Gates open at 8 p.m., and guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs to sit outside their vehicles.

In case of rain, the celebration will be held Tuesday, July 5, at the same time and location.
