Kirk Dillard presents, The Value of a Liberal Arts Education in 2024
Mr. Dillard serves as a partner of the Locke Lord international law firm. He also serves as the chairman of the Regional Transit Authority (RTA) in Chicago and oversees the nation’s second-largest mass transit system. Dillard served with distinction the western suburbs in the Illinois State Senate and served as Governor Jim Edgar’s Chief of Staff. Senator Dillard is a 1977 graduate of the College of Arts and Sciences and a member of the Western Illinois University Board of Trustees.
