This works just like the News Database--except you will generally only be searching "full text." Note, too, that you must search by jurisdiction, e.g. you cannot search all different levels (and sorts of) courts at once. This search is only looking at Supreme Court decisions.
	Note: This search locates cases containing the words 'prisoner' w/20 words of 'right' or 'rights' and both of those within 10 words of 'ill' or 'illness' or 'sick' or 'sickness' or 'health' or 'care' or 'cared' or 'medical' or 'medicine' or 'treat' or 'treated' or 'treatment' or 'treats.'
