SECTION A. Definitions
1. Faculty: Anyone holding full-time status with the rank of Distinguished Professor, Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, or Instructor.
2. Administrator: Any one holding the following titles:
o President of the University
o Vice President of the University
o Registrar, Associate Registrar, and Bursar
o Administrative Associate
o Dean and Associate Dean
3. Librarian: Anyone on the library staff who is eligible to be a member of the bargaining unit.
