21.SECTION 8: The Regular Members of the Division of Libraries shall be the Director of

22. Libraries and the professional librarians holding full-time, annual

23. appointments in that division. This division shall be treated as a College

24. under this Constitution for purposes of defining Regular Membership in the

25. University Faculty (See Article IV, Section 2) and of representation on the

26. Academic Senate (Article V, Section 2).
