Author

The Author field seems fairly self explanatory. But, what if an author named John Edwards Smith decides to publish an article under J. E. Smith or John E. Smith? The database may not pull up articles published under those names when you search for articles by Smith, John Edwards.

If you are not finding an article that you are certain a particular author wrote, try using name variants.
