| Click on Search

| Select Express
Search. Type the ED number into the first search box.

| After the document search is
completed, click on the Adobe Acrobat Icon, just to the right of the
boldfaced number 1, to retrieve the full text of the document. If
you are working from home, using a regular dial-up connection, this may
take some time.
