Mikhail V. Grachev served as faculty in the United States (Western Illinois University, University of Iowa, University of Maryland, Case Western Reserve University, Western International University, and the University of Tulsa), as well as in France, the U.K., Hungary, the Czech Republic, Japan, and Russia. His research is focused on social capital, global business strategy, entrepreneurship, culture and leadership. He is the author of four books and articles in Harvard Business Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Advances in International Management, Advances in Global Leadership, Venture Capital, Journal of Business Venturing, International Journal of Leadership Studies, Thunderbird International Business Review, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Small Business Economics, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Problems of Post-Communism, Journal of East-West Business, Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, IBAT Journal of Management, and Journal of Management Systems. He is Major Collaborator and Country Co-Investigator in Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness (GLOBE) research project conducted in 62 countries. He was named Wharton Senior Research Scholar. Mikhail V. Grachev is the recipient of College of Business and Technology's Distinguished Awards in research and in multicultural teaching.
