Cyberchase Airlines Builder Game - Drag (and sometime rotate) pieces to make a spaceship. A spaceship must be an enclosed shape. Detailed instructions are provided if you need them. Quickie online activity sheet is here.
Transformations Game - Four levels of play. Use translation, rotation, reflection, and dilation.
Explorelearning.com - This is one of the best sites on the Internet for math (and science) applets! This grant does have a password. Get the password from Jim Olsen. Do click login.
Polygons Around a Point - Use regular polygons to surround a point in a plane. Make designs. Record your designs. Try not to have gaps or overlaps.
Tessellate - Start with a shape. Deform it. Then tessellate it. Here are some Tessellation Explorations. From Shodor.com
Isometric Drawing Tool - Drag cubes to the drawing area to make 3D drawings. Can view in 3D or from top, front, or right side. Overview here
Cyberchase Point of View Game - Draw the side views for each of four people.
Platonic Solids - Investigate the five Platonic solids (cube, tetrahedron, ...). Rotate the shape. Shift-click the edges and the faces to color (and count them). Can you make V - E + F = 2? (vertices - edges + faces = two)
Shape Explorer - A shape is given and you have to determine the area and perimeter. You can use "Show Score" to keep track of your number correct and incorrect. The teacher can use the slider at the top to "Adjust the maximum size." This is similar to Area and Shape Explorer.
Area Explorer - Set the perimeter and then change the shape and see what areas you can get. All shapes made of unit squares.
Transformations Game - Four levels of play. Use translation, rotation, reflection, and dilation.
